Possible Canada Post strike
A possible Canada Post service disruption could start in May, affecting the processing of your mailed transactions and the delivery of renewal notices, policies and other important documents. By switching to digital methods, you can avoid these delays and ensure seamless access to your information.
To help you stay up to date with what's happening on your account(s), you can log in to the Client Portal or use the Client Portal mobile app to access your insurance policies, submit a claim, view your liability card, and make a payment, anytime and anywhere.
In addition, we are working diligently with the insurance carriers and our couriers to prevent any service disruptions for our valued clients.

Aviva Direct announcement
No impact to Orbit customers
You may have heard that two large insurers are leaving the Alberta market by 2025: Aviva Direct and Sonnet (auto insurance only).
We’d like to reassure you that this announcement does not affect any members insured through Orbit Insurance Services. Policies purchased through us are insured by Aviva Insurance Company of Canada, not Aviva Direct.
Aviva Direct is a direct-to-consumer insurance offering from a division of Aviva. People who bought their policy from Aviva Direct would be affected by this news and will be notified by Aviva directly.
